Made from an authentic six century old recipe. Handmade and brand new to the Canadian market. Great for entertaining. Round ultra thin filo sheet. Served hot or warm with feta and/or fresh yogurt.
KEBAPI
Kebapi are known for their juicy texture and rich flavour, often enjoyed at barbecues or as street food. They can be served in various ways, such as in a pita wrap or alongside roasted peppers and onions.
AJVAR
Ajvar – (pronounced “i-var”) is one of the most common foods in Macedonia whose origins of this relish are from the same region. Ajvar was traditionally made in autumn, and the entire family is usually involved in the process.
